Careers
We're a small team that moves fast and takes the work seriously. We hire operators, builders, and people who've actually shipped something — not just studied it.
We grow slowly and deliberately. When we do bring someone on, we look for people with real operating experience — someone who’s managed a team, shipped a product, or run a process end-to-end. Not a job description person. A done-it person.
If that’s you, reach out anyway. We keep a short list of people we’d work with when the time is right.

These are roles we’ve filled before. They give you a sense of where we’ve needed help and what kind of people fit here.
Owned client engagements end-to-end. Ran the ops audit, designed the solution architecture, and managed delivery. Background in operations or product management. Comfortable in the room with a CFO and equally comfortable debugging a workflow.
Built the systems. Primarily no-code and low-code (Make, n8n, Zapier) with Python scripting when needed. Strong systems thinker who could translate a messy process into clean automation logic.
Found clients, built relationships, and helped founders understand what we actually do. Not a cold-call role. More like someone who’s been in the room enough to speak credibly about operations and AI without overselling.
Worked directly on client engagements, running process interviews, documenting workflows, and identifying automation opportunities. Great first or second job for someone sharp who wants to learn how businesses actually work — not from a textbook.
Shaped how we write and talk about what we do. Translated technical work into plain language for business owners. Wrote guides, ran the newsletter, and helped turn client insights into content that actually earns attention.
Owned relationships after implementation. Made sure the systems we built were actually being used, identified where things could improve, and acted as the ongoing connection between clients and the team.
How we work
We’re not trying to be a 50-person agency. Small means every person has real ownership. You’ll work directly with clients and see your work matter fast.
We don’t do decks for the sake of decks or meetings for the sake of meetings. Work is concrete, documented, and shippable. You should be able to point to what you did.
We’ve operated remotely from the start. Good writing and clear thinking matter more than being online at 9am. We overlap on calls when needed, not by default.
Working across multiple client engagements means you’ll see more business problems in a year here than most people see in five. If you’re curious, this environment compounds quickly.
We’re not hiring right now, but we’re always interested in talking to people who’ve built or run something. Send a short note about yourself and what you’ve shipped. No cover letter needed.
